Type description

Gelorini et al 2011: Ascospores ellipsoid, equilaterally one-celled, brown, 35×17 μm, longitudinal sub-parallel striae running over the entire spore-length, thick-walled; tapering ends with two protruding pores; surrounded by a hyaline sheath.
