Type description

Gelorini et al 2011: Ascospores ellipsoid, equilaterally one-celled, brown, 28×14 μm, small longitudinal grooves (striae) alternating and running subparallel with lines of minute spheroidal projections (papillae), thick-walled; tapering ends with two protruding pores; surrounded by a hyaline sheath.
