Type description

Gelorini et al 2011: Conidia straight, curved or inversely club-shaped to beaklike; funnel-shaped at the base, unequally and asymmetrically 5- or more celled (often broken), ca. 50–62×12 μm (length dependent on the number of septa), smooth, thick-walled, slightly constricted at the septa; cells brown and gradually decreasing in size and colour towards apical part of conidia; end cell subhyaline and strongly tapering.
