Type description

Gelorini et al 2011: Ascospores ellipsoid, unequally and asymmetrically 4-celled, 42×18 μm,smooth (but someprotuberancesmay be caused by corrosion, see Plate II), constricted at the septa; central cells brown, large (18×18 μm) and thick-walled; end cells subhyaline, small (3×5 μm) and thin-walled.
