Type description

Yeloff et al 2007b: Two-celled fungal spores, each cell 10–25 µm in length and 5–12 µm in width. Constriction at septum. The spores often show two germ slits running parallel along the long axis of each cell. Some spores have cells that vary in proportion from one another.
