Type description

Van Geel et al. 1989: Depressed globose hyaline microfossil, 16.1-20.5 μm in diameter. Central ca. 1 μm wide pore at one side. Apart from the central parts beset with 19-22(29) rows of radially arranged, up to 1.5 μm long processes 0.3-0.4 μm in diameter.
