Type description

Pals et al. 1980: Fungal spores one-celled, ellipsoidal to pyriform, (12)15-19(23) x (7)8.5-11(12) micron, smooth, obliquely truncated at one end which is up to 3 micron wide and provided with a 0.8-1.0 micron wide, somewhat sunken pore (hilum?) in the centre. Pore surrounded by an annulus.
