Type description

Kuhry (1988): Plant unbranched. Leaves ovate-lanceolate, acute to shortly acuminate, unicostate, the costa ending near the apex, margin entire. Leaf cells smooth, elongated hexagonal or rhomboidal, distinct border of narrower cells.
