Type description
Outer oocyte wall striate. Operculum with fine operculum suture. Same size range as Gyratrix hermaphroditus Ecotype 1-A. Roughly "wine-glass" shaped, but with rectangular shaped "wine-glass" bottom. Typical stalk - if present - in minimum 125 ~µm long, with articulation just beneath the main body, and adhesion plate on the opposite end.
