Type description

Montoya et al. 2010: Ascospores one-septate fusiform, 66–73.3 X 7.9–10.6 μm, slightly constricted at the septum. One cell somewhat shorter than the other. Wall showing a regular pattern of longitudinal narrow ridges and furrows.
