Type description
van Geel 1978: Conidiophores (or setae ?) unbranched, septate, thick-walled, dark, up to 380 μm long, 5-8 μm wide near the base, the tip always broken off. Arising from flat, radially lobed basal cells, 21-28 μm in diameter.
