Type description

van Geel et al (1983b): Spores, globose, 11.6-18.4 (-23.5) µm in diameter, exclusive of the reticulate ca. 0.5 µm high superficial sculpturing, meshes of the reticulum 2.5-5.0 µm in diameter. Muri of the reticulum with 5.8-10.7 µm long hairs, ca. 0.3 µm in diameter.
