Type description

van Geel et al (1983b): Microfossil, globose, 11.6-15.3 µm in diameter, exclusive of the 1.5-2.9 µm long, closely spaced and 0.3-0.5 µm broad hairs. Spores also occurring in groups of up to nine specimens.
