Type description

van Geel et al (1983b): Ascospores, 21.3-24.7 X 10.7--13.0 µm, tapering at the apical end into a pore ca. 0.7 pm in diameter. Septum at 6.7-11.6 µm from the apical end. Basal side of the spore tapering into a truncate end (the place of attachment with a cauda that did not become fossilised).
