Type description

Van Geel et al 2011: Conidia obclavate, transversally septate, ca. 53 X 12 μm. Dark cells showing striae. Identification is based on Ellis (1971).
Gelorini et al 2011: Conidia straight, curved or inversely club-shaped to beaklike; conico-truncate and protuberant at the base, unequally and asymmetrically 5- or more celled, ca. 40–75×8–9 μm (length dependent on the number of septa), striate, thick-walled, slightly constricted at the septa; cells brown and gradually decreasing in size and colour towards apical part of conidia; end cell subhyaline and strongly tapering.
