Type description
Prager et al. 2006: Unknown origin, possibly highly corroded remnant of wood, lenticular (∅ 3–12 μm) to bean-shaped (6–10×5–8 μm), often in pairs or groups, metallic brown, psilate (cf. EMA-6).
Prager et al 2012: remains of wood that show signs of fungal decay (‘hollows’ in lignin-layers).
