Type description

Prager et al 2006: ellipsoid, circular to slightly elliptic in cross-section, 30–35 × 10–14 μm, monoseptate, pore in septum, slightly constricted at septum, occasionally with short inner walls reaching from margin of septum into the cells, hyaline and lightly scabrate, germinating tube occasional present at side of one cell
