Type description
Cook 2009: Type A2 is a pyramid shaped palynomorph, 22×22 μm. It is four lobate and must not be confused with HdV 501 (Zopfiella lunqvistii van Geel et al 1986, van Geel and Aptroot 2006) that is a three lobate flattened fungal spore. Cook et al 2011: pyramid shaped palynomorph, 22 6 32 mm.
